Do you have a monthly plan?

We don't offer monthly plans, but our Personal Plan allows you to just purchase minutes as and when you need them. Discover our plans and features.

How can I get more minutes for my subtitling?

If you need more minutes you can purchase additional minutes with your plan, or you can upgrade to a higher plan with more minutes included. Looking for more than 1000 minutes per month? Contact our sales team to find the plan you need.

Do you offer a free trial?

A free 7-day trial is available to all new customers. That way you can try all the features before you even need to buy. Remember to upgrade your account before the end of the trial period to keep using the platform and accessing all the features. You can select the plan that suits you and upgrade your account in the platform.

How much storage do I have for my video and audio content?

Storage is dependant on the plan you choose. Business and Enterprise plans can opt to purchase additional storage if needed.  Discover our plans and features.

How large can my file be when uploading?

The maximum file size you can upload for automatic transcription depends on your subscription plan. You can find more details about Subly Plans on our plans and features page

Can I collaborate with team members?

Sure! You can collaborate with teams members and save time subtitling or translating content. With a Business or Enterprise plan, you add additional named users to the plan. Learn more about features our plans include.

What happens when I upgrade to a new plan?

Your existing plan will be cancelled and your new plan will be effective immediately. Remaining minutes from your previous plan will be rolled into the new plan. Your monthly billing date will be updated to the date you made changes to your plan. Speak to our support team if you need any help.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds. You can try before you buy with a 7-day free trial period, so you can decide if we are the right product for you! Check our pricing and plans. If you cancel a plan, you will have access to all of the features until the end of your billing period and then you'll no longer be invoiced/charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Do we really have to break up? Maybe just take a break and you'll soon miss us! But seriously, to cancel your paid subscription at any time from within your account . Speak to our support team if you need any help.

What happens when I downgrade my plan? (monthly & annual)

Your existing plan will remain active until the end of your billing period for your subscription. Your new plan will be effective from the end of your current plan's billing period. Remaining minutes from your previous plan will be rolled into the new plan. Your monthly billing date will be updated to the date you made changes to your plan. Speak to our support team if you need any help.

Is Subly Free?

Subly is not free. There is an option of a free 7-day trial period, as well as flexible Personal Plan in case you only have one simple project you need to use Subly for. Learn more about our pricing and plans page.
